Job Description
A well-established European Intellectual Property legal firm is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to assist the Office Manager in the general administration and daily running of the Singapore office.
The RoleThe full duties and responsibilities include managing the firm's in‑house software, supervising the admin. team, human resource management and recruitment, develop firm protocols including review of operational procedures, implement work‑flow systems and processes, maintain proper records, liaise with vendors, attend to government agencies, review and approve supply requisitions.
Qualifications- A level/Diploma in Law/Bachelor Degree
- 5 years of experience in office administration and management preferably from established law firm
- Candidate with knowledge of Intellectual Property will be an added advantage
