Assistant Operations Manager (School)

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• Note: Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted Public Holidays.

The Personnel shall support the Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth functioning, safety, and maintenance of the school premises. Core duties include:

• Operational Management: Supervise and manage daily on-site and organize manpower allocation for school , mentor, and guide junior officers and support staff.
• Maintenance & Safety: Conduct regular inspections to identify building faults and safety hazards.Ensure the building is properly maintained and meets safety standards.Perform minor repair works as required.
