Assistant Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager and working closely with our Operations, Sales and Finance teams, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily shipping operations by maintaining compliance, managing documentation and meeting customer requirements. This role also involves overseeing supplier evaluations, inspections and record-keeping, as well as managing shipping issues, damages and lost freight claims. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining safety, monitoring customer‑supplied property and ensuring cargo, tank cleaning and stability compliance, all while upholding the highest safety standards and delivering service excellence.
