The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Poultry Farm Manager to support the day to day running of a mixed laying hen and duck enterprise. This is a hands on role focused on flock management, egg production, animal welfare and supporting the wider farm operation. You will work closely with the Farm Manager to ensure high standards across production, hygiene and customer delivery activities.

Key responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring and management of laying hens and duck flocks
- Egg collection, grading, sorting and quality control
- Monitor flock health, welfare, and production performance, identifying and responding to issues
