Assistant Pricing Manager

Position Responsibilities

• Support on both Agency and Banca channels on new product launches and campaign initiatives.
• Perform detailed pricing assessment and involvement from end-to-end process to ensure right governance and mitigations actions in place.
• Act independently to develop, support and analyze key strategic pricing initiatives aimed at improving profitability, increasing revenue, risk management, competitiveness and growth through market, cost and profitability analysis.
• Perform UATs as involved changes in ePOS, MySales, and PICs, and always looking for opportunity to improve current process.
• Support the NB quarterly monitoring, new business plan, post-launch monitoring and medical repricing.
• Provide guidance to juniors/interns, and also perform peer review on model, UAT etc.
• Support leaders and the Head of Pricing with project and ad hoc analysis as required.
