Job Description

Project Management
Define & maintain a RASCI-V list of each role.
Maintain and follow up on the to-do list in each product development
Maintain and follow up on the updates of the documents developed
Suggest allocation of effort between projects
Tracking the effort of everyone on the development team
Update or write down new processes that the team agreed upon in Sprint Retro
Ensure that the team follows the process's checklist.
Follow up with the development procedure of other Business Teams, learn about the pros and cons, and suggest applications to your own team
Undertake other tasks assigned by Product Manager
Scrum Master
Act as a Servant Leader for the team.
Ensure the timing and take note of the Sprint Events.
Combat impediments, deficiencies in development phrase
