Duties & Responsibilities Production Operations
- Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities.
- Ensure production schedules are followed to meet customer order deadlines.
- Monitor production output and adjust workflows to improve efficiency.
- Support the coordination of raw materials, packaging materials, and production resources.
- Assist in managing production lines for seasoning blends, flavour compounds, and related products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, GMP, and food manufacturing regulations .
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product specifications and standards.
- Assist with internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
