Job Description
Production Planning and Scheduling
Develop, monitor, and adjust production plans based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and resource availability. Ensure timely execution of production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
Team Management
Supervise bottom team staff. Train team members on machines to avoid uncertainty of no operator. Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching or training as needed. Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Machine and Equipment Oversight
Ensure machines and equipment are well-maintained and operate at optimal efficiency. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with engineering/maintenance teams. Reduce unplanned downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Quality Assurance
Ensure all products meet internal and customer quality standards. Work closely with the QA/QC team to resolve quality issues. Reduce rework and scrap through ...
