Eagle Ottawa Thailand (EOT) Finishing & Cutting plant construction has been newly completed in 2011, which is located in Rayong. There’re more than 600 employees in this plant.
The Role
Key responsibilities include the following:
1.Good leadership and communication
2.Relevant data and report should be input and provide in time and accurate.
3.Ensuring relevant training can be conducted on time and Training Effectiveness
4.Good relationship builds between internal and external employee’s and departments
5.Ensuring fast time feedback for abnormal condition
6.Ultimate utilization and Yield A.
7.Good internal customer satisfaction
