- Experience in project management and able to handle projects independently
- Experience in A&A works
- Knowledge in M&E services, As-Built drawings, site supervision, and coordination
- Familiar with compliances and regulations
- Electrical works
- ACMV system
- Fire Protection System
- Plumbing & Sanitary services
- Installation of M&E services on site
- Candidates with relevant construction/interior fit-out experience
- Able to coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
- Responsible and able to work independently
