Job Description
Assistant Project Manager – Roadway or Wet Utilities
We are seeking APM to support project teams, ensuring work stays on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update project schedules (Primavera) with input from PM and Superintendent
Track job costs, cash flow, and prepare progress estimates
Attend planning, pre-construction, and weekly project meetings; prepare/distribute minutes
Process change orders, force accounts, and back charges
Assist with project closeout, including take-offs, as-builts, and cost history input
Conduct regular site visits and support quality/safety standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3+ years’ related experience
Proficient in Excel, Word, Primavera (Suretrak a plus)
