Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist project manager on project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client’s expectations
- Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets.
- Implement and control project budgetary plans, as well as to manage contractual matters fully.
- Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
- Ensure that organization and government standards on safety are met and ensure customer safety & quality specifications are consistently met.
- Co-ordinate with the clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all project matters.
- Familiar with Authority submissions and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure site team of engineers, supervisors, foremen and workers comply with client & regulatory requirements
