Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordinate between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and update project documentation such as method statements, progress reports, RA/SWP, and as-built drawings. Support site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items. Site Management
Monitor site progress and quality of works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and company procedures. Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues on site. Conduct routine inspections and assist in site supervision to ensure adherence to schedule and workmanship quality. Procurement & Cost Control
Assist in preparing material requisitions, cost comparisons, and supplier/subcontractor evaluations. Track material delivery and inventory to prevent delays. Support the QS team in cost control, variati...
