About the job Assistant Purchasing Manager
- Assist Department Head in purchasing and administrative tasks.
- Supervise the team, set goals, delegate tasks, and provide feedback.
- Confirm material needs and adjust inventory for procurement.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and collaborate with suppliers.
- Support new model development and modification requests.
- Monitor Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery and supplier performance.
- Lead supplier audits and participate in assessments.
- Assist Logistics in warehouse and delivery monitoring.
- Resolve quality and receiving issues with relevant parties.
- Verify reports and assist in physical inventory.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the superior.
