Assistant Relationship Manager - Corporate & Investment Banking

Responsibilities

• Dealing day to day tasks with internal departments/Legal Counsel/Clients etc.
• Drafting Credit Proposals and Credit Reviews
• Resolving queries of Credit Risk Management department regarding respective credit proposals
• Assistance in presenting credit proposals to Credit Committee with Relationship Manager and Team Leader
• Assistance in due diligence of Corporate clients with Compliance department
• Day to day monitoring of installments and follow-up with clients on routine matters
• Assisting Relationship Manager in conduction KYC and AML CFT of existing and potential clients.
• Conduction review and analysis of existing business and clients to recognize any potential threats and devising strategies to reduce bad portfolio.
