Key Responsibilities

• Travel Design & Guest Experience
  • Design and curate high‑end itineraries for B2B and B2C luxury guests
  • Support Travel Designers in delivering seamless guest journeys
  • Maintain expert destination and product knowledge across all properties
  • Review complex bookings for feasibility and guest alignment
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
