• Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Supervise staff assign duties and ensure service quality.
• Monitor inventory ordering and stock control.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in fast-food/QSR industry required.
