Job Description
Join the dynamic team at Goldbell Leasing Pte Ltd as an Assistant, Sales Admin (Material Handling Equipment). This full‑time role is based in the Benoi Sector West Region.
What you’ll be doing- Coordinate and liaise with the service team to process customers’ orders accurately and timely based on work orders.
- Maintain effective day‑to‑day contact with customers and vendors to update business activities.
- Provide administrative sales support to the sales team.
- Handle shipping and forwarding documents and coordinate operations.
- Data entry and filing.
- Handle purchase orders (PO), issue delivery orders (DO), invoices, and related documents.
- Maintain daily and monthly reports.
- Other ad‑hoc duties as and when assigned.
- Minimum GCE N/O Level.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), CRM or related software.
