Assist the Sales Managers and General Manager in the planning and forecasting of goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.Assist with conducting monthly meetings with department employees to discuss activities and problems of mutual interest.Reach sales goals on strict timeline requirements.Assist with training and support sales staff to reach target sales goals.
