Assistant Sales Manager, PF-i

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit and promote sales of Personal Financing Islamic (PFi) products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall Group sales objectives.
• Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for potential customers through internal marketing initiatives and self-generated leads.
• Schedule appointments, conduct sales visits, and engage early with new-to-bank customers to build lasting relationships.
• Perform cross-selling of other retail banking products such as ASB Financing, Personal Financing, Credit Cards, and other relevant offerings.
• Deliver a high standard of customer experience consistent with the Bank’s quality and service standards, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.
