Assistant F&B Server – responsible for delivering exceptional service in on‑board restaurants and dining rooms to guests and crew.

Job Functions

• General duties:
  • Execute standard table service for Staff & Crew or Alternate Dining.
  • Maintain grooming and smile following the look book.
  • Adhere to U.S. Public Health rules and waste segregation procedures.
  • Complete assigned training to develop future position skills.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or concerns to the duty supervisor.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management.
  • Keep beverage stations full and clean daily.
  • Greet guests with a smile and engage in light conversation.
• Employee Dining Rooms:
  • Work in team dining rooms (1 or 2) or officer/captain dining rooms as assigned.
  • Understand menus and menu cycles.
  • Exceed guest expectations through consistent service.
