Reporting Relationship: The Assistant Service Manager will report to the Service Manager.

The Assistant Service Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction as well as overseeing the Service Consultant team. This position assists with daily operations including selling, follow up, and customer retention. Additionally, the Assistant Service Manager ensures productivity and continuous improvement goals are met for Technicians.
