• Manage overall repair and installation operations of the Chiller service team.
• Lead and guide a team of service engineers in troubleshooting, servicing and preventive maintenance, while providing support for on‑site servicing activities when required.
• Ensure high workmanship quality, safety compliance, and minimal downtime for customers.
• Supervise, coach and develop engineers to strengthen team capability and maintain consistent service quality.
• Participate in chiller installation projects including site coordination/installation, electrical interface, commissioning, testing, and handover.
• Plan and coordinate manpower deployment, job scheduling, tools readiness, spare parts availability, and service documentation to support efficient operations.
