- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support planning, monitoring, and updating of project schedules in line with the main contractor’s master programme.
- Monitor site progress and assist in ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Ensure site works follow the latest approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and coordinate project drawings, submissions, RFIs, and documentation.
- Assist in contract administration including EOT, VO, claims, and progress payments.
- Verify subcontractors’ work progress and claims.
- Support site safety compliance and PPE enforcement with safety officers.
