Assistant Store Manager

In the absence of a Store Manager, you will be responsible for completing all operational requirements of the store, improving profit, and meeting sales targets for your VIVA store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving orders and stock control; initiate corrective actions, analyze variance, schedule expenditures, and achieve other financial objectives of the organization.
• Maintain inventories to ensure consistent availability of required services and merchandise.
• Study display plans, sales promotion, and advertising to market merchandise profitably.
• Handle all customer complaints, queries, and related service issues.
• Recognize present and future customer requirements and establish a good rapport with existing and potential customers.
• Educate staff about safety and sanitation procedures.
