Job Description
As Assistant Store Manager, you're the Store Manager’s right hand. You're a motivating force within the team, help maintain the store’s presentation, and work alongside the Store Manager to achieve commercial goals. You're partially responsible for daily operations, stock management, and leading the team on the shop floor.
You actively help improve the customer experience and assist in organising events in-store. When the Store Manager is absent, you step in and take over their tasks as much as possible.
