Right now, we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Lambton Quay store!

About The Role

This is a full‑time opportunity (40 Hours per week). Sunday: 9:45am‑5:15pm | Monday to Thursday: 9:00am‑5:45pm

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager on all operational aspects, and managing the team on the Store Manager’s RDOs.
• Using prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach the team on daily tasks.
• Becoming BRA‑FIT certified to ensure customers receive the very best experience.
• Learning the Bendon approach and interacting with customers to make them comfortable and confident before, during, and after a fitting.
• Exceling in operational functions such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock, and exceeding KPIs.
