Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.
Supervise store staff and monitor attendance and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate product replenishment.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Train new employees on customer service and sales standards.
Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
Monitor sales performance and support in achieving monthly targets.
Prepare regular reports on sales and store operations.
Help create a positive and motivating work environment.
