As one of two Assistant Store Managers, and working closely with the Store Manager, this role offers the chance to continue building your leadership capability while supporting the team on the shop floor, running shifts, and taking ownership of key back‑of‑house operations including inventory, stock flow and accurate stock files—contributing to a well‑organised, safe and high‑performing store.
