Assistant Store Manager & Team Coach

Watsons Malaysia is looking for a candidate to assist the store manager with staff management, including hiring, training, and duty roster. Ideal candidates should possess at least SPM / STPM / 'A' Level or equivalent certification, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and requires the ability to work retail hours, including weekends. Responsibilities also include developing sales strategies and generating reports.
