Assistant Superintendent (Full-time) Westview Projects is a general contracting company that operates in Eastern Ontario. Headquartered in Ottawa, Westview Projects specializes in offering construction management services to institutional, commercial, multi‑residential and retail clients.
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent. Reporting to the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent is responsible for all field operations required to construct the project which includes overseeing all on‑site construction activities, ensuring that project plans and schedules are followed, and that the project is executed effectively and within budget.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Help create, maintain, and execute project plan and schedule and ensure compliance with budget
Supervise and coordinate all construction activities
Work with Senior Superintendents, Superintendents, Coordinators, Field Engineers, Surveyors, Students,...
