About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Surveyor to support the delivery of key specialist projects . You'll work closely with experienced Surveyors, gaining hands‑on exposure to commercial management, cost control, and contract administration — a great opportunity to grow your career in construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tenders, budgets, cost plans & cashflow forecasting
- Attend site visits & meetings , maintaining accurate records
- Support contract administration , including variations, valuations & final accounts
- Contribute to cost management & monthly CVR reporting
- Assist with procurement & subcontractor engagement
- Ensure compliance with building safety, CDM, and police‑specific regulations
- Help track materials, changes, and commercial performance
