Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Assistant to the Executive Director to join our dedicated team at a private, mission driven school. This is a key position that supports the Executive Director in maintaining accurate financial operations and ensuring smooth administrative functioning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Post transactions to the General Ledger

  • Prepare and maintain monthly and annual financial statements

  • Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting

  • Collaborate with other employees to support administrative functions

  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information

  • Administration of group health insurance and pension fund.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting

  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting
