Requirements

• At least 2 to3 years of BPO experience as an Assistant Training Manager or equivalent in the Banking Domain (Insurance and Mortgage)


• Graduate of a Bachelors Degree


• C1 and above language profile


• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies


• Certifications in training and development are a plus
