Responsibilities
- Lead and direct organizational strategy and operations.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure company goals are met.

Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least 5 year experience in General Construction in the same position, mainly in residential construction
- Has excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Can delegate tasks to right personnel and able to reassess the current project status and prioritize activities
