We are currently seeking a high‑calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Process Improvement and Project.

In this role you will:

• Serve as the key Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Distribution Compensation & Operations, covering core workflows, business requirements, test validation, and system implementation.
• Map and analyse current‑state (“As‑Is”) processes, and design future‑state (“To‑Be”) workflows to support target outcomes.
• Provide clear guidance to Transformation Business Analysts, IT developers, and QA teams to confirm business rules, logic, and end‑to‑end process intent.
• Review IT functional solutions to ensure full alignment with agreed business requirements and expected controls.
