Assistant Vice President - Projects

The Vice President – Projects will own the on-ground execution and delivery of interior fit-out projects across multiple sites. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy leadership role focused on driving site progress, controlling quality and cost, managing contractors and vendors, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. The role demands strong site command, problem-solving under pressure, and relentless follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery (Core Focus)

• Drive end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent fit-out projects from handover to completion and snag closure
• Own project timelines; track daily/weekly site progress and aggressively close gaps against schedule
• Conduct regular site visits and reviews to monitor workmanship, pace, and adherence to drawings/specs
• Resolve on-site bottlenecks, sequencing issues, and coordination conflicts in real time
