About the Company: 
Our client is a financial technology platform that connects investors and advisors with access to alternative investment opportunities across private markets. It streamlines complex processes such as onboarding, reporting, and compliance through a centralized, tech-enabled solution. The Fund Accounting Vice President will help oversee the firms registered funds across private equity, hedge, and private credit strategies.
Responsibilities:
Oversee operations, fund accounting, and investor reporting for tender offer and interval funds, managing relationships with administrators

Lead new fund launches, onboarding, and drive process improvement and automation initiatives

Review and oversee cash management, reconciliations, liquidity, and expense processes

Manage and evaluate service providers including auditors, tax advisors, and custodians
