Assistant Vice President, Transactional Risk

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Private Equity M&A team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. You will work within our regional Transactional Risk team in Asia, alongside former M&A lawyers based in Singapore. The team's sole focus is warranty & indemnity (W&I) insurance and other M&A-related insurance products. Reporting to the Transactional Risk Practice Leader for Asia, you will receive ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching to develop your skills and thrive in the role. The team is part of our wider Private Equity and M&A (PEMA) Practice in Asia, which has over 50 risk management specialists located in key business centres across the region.
