Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise : Provide subject matter expertise in system analysis, design, build, and test. Lead the technical end‑to‑end solutioning, application and architecture, incorporating functional, non‑functional, operational and technical considerations. Develop and review technical design specifications (application, interface and architecture).
- Project Support : Collaborate with Project Managers, Business/System Analysts, and Developers/Testers to ensure technical requirements are met. Support preparation and execution of test plans, including System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Lead technical test preparation, execution and performance and failover tests. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of system defects and problem tickets.
