Assistant Wellness Manager

TheAssistant Wellness Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the operations and management of The Club, a world-class corporate fitness and wellness center with state-of-the-art strength training, cycling studio, yoga garden and personal trainers.

This hybrid role also works in collaboration with the Operations Manager to implement and champion the Cricket Square Corporate Wellness Plan and the F&B team to support the operations of Juiced @ The Wicket, which serves fresh juices and nutritional smoothies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Club Management

• Support the Wellness Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations, including staff management, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
• Assist in developing and implementing club policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with corporate members.
