Job Title: Assistant/Associate Athletic Trainer (Full-Time, 10-Month Appointment) Department: Athletics Reports To: Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine Location: Blackburn College – Carlinville, IL Salary: $50,000-$60,000 Position Overview Under the leadership of the Assistant Director of Athletics for Sports Medicine, the Assistant/Associate Athletic Trainer is responsible for assisting with the operations of all facets of the sports medicine program. This 10‐month position involves administering proper care, prevention, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. The Athletic Trainer will provide athletic training coverage for practices and events (no travel required) and assist with the pre‐participation process and athletic medical clearance.
