Assistant/Associate/Full Professor - Academic Medical Neuromuscular Neurologist

Position Overview The Division of Neurology, Department of Medicine, University Health Network/Sinai Health System (UHN/SHS) at the University of Toronto is seeking a full‑time, permanent Academic Neurologist with a focus on neuromuscular disorders. The candidate must be eligible for a full‑time clinical academic appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher, with a preference for a Clinician Investigator position. Scholarly excellence will be assessed by research grants, publications, presentations and related accomplishments. The effective start date is a mutually agreed date after 1 July 2026.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical service in the Division of Neurology, including on‑call, inpatient and ambulatory care.

Engage in research and scholarly activities in neuromuscular disorders, including obtaining research grants, publishing, presenting at conferences, and pursuing related accomplishments.
