Job Description
Summary
Under administrative review, is responsible for initiating and coordinating the clerical functions required in effective implementation of administrative policies in Test Engineering.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate department’s travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain all documentation to comply with ISO 9000.
- Maintain department’s controlled document numbering logs.
- Monitor and track annual certification required by the department.
- Process vacation and personal time for the department.
- Process test engineering timecards.
- Coordinate payroll queries and adjustments.
- Maintain data entry for MES/TARS/GPS.
- Assign and distribute document control numbers as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain test visual aids.
- Generate purchase orders.
- Maintain data entry into spreadsheets, database programs, resumes, inventories, etc.
