Associate (2-3 PQE) - Corporate (Dubai)

The Team

The Associate position will work within the Corporate team in the Dubai office. The practice spans a wide range of sectors including private and growth capital, technology, gaming, innovation, retail, hospitality & leisure, real estate, healthcare and education.

We work with business owners, family offices, UHNWIs and equity investors, as well as private, institutional, government and quasi-government entities in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the U.S.

The Role

This is an exciting and varied role, involving both transactional and advisory work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, market entry reorganisations and general corporate advisory.

The successful candidate will be committed to developing their career within corporate law within the region and will be able to demonstrate their passion for and experience in this area.
