Job Description: Key Responsibilities Provide architectural governance and support for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring detailed designs align with broader enterprise architecture. Identify and resolve architectural discrepancies between strategic goals and vendor solution implementations. Design and document reference architectures, design patterns, and data integration flows. Conduct gap analysis and technical evaluations comparing requested functionality against Out of The Box (OOTB) ServiceNow capabilities. Advise development teams on technical methodologies, frameworks, software development lifecycles, and coding standards.
