Associate/ Assistant Manager Maintenance

Job Summary:
The Associate/Assistant Manager Maintenance is responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of Biotech-I & II equipment by minimizing downtime and supporting uninterrupted manufacturing operations. The role focuses on efficient maintenance, compliance with cGMP and safety standards, and improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure equipment uptime through effective preventive and corrective maintenance
Monitor OEE, analyze downtime, and perform RCA for recurring issues
Coordinate with production, planning, and OEMs for maintenance and issue resolution
Manage spare parts availability, issuance, and consumption tracking
Support budget planning and cost optimization initiatives
Implement condition-based and predictive maintenance practices
Maintain SAP PM documentation, notifications, and reporting
Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation (SAT/IQ/OQ) of equipment
