Associate Athletic Director of Compliance

This position is responsible for overseeing all NCAA compliance operations and supporting the administrative functions of the Athletics Department. The role leads the development, implementation, and monitoring of a comprehensive compliance program covering eligibility, recruiting, financial aid, amateurism, and ethical conduct. The position also collaborates across campus to coordinate academic eligibility, reporting, and strategic initiatives while supporting the Director of Athletics in departmental operations.
What You’ll Do

+ Oversee and manage all NCAA compliance functions, ensuring adherence to NCAA, conference, and institutional regulations

+ Provide education and guidance to coaches, staff, and student-athletes on compliance rules and expectations

+ Serve as the primary liaison with admissions, financial aid, registrar, and the NCAA Eligibility Center to ensure athlete eligibility and scholarship compliance
