Associate Attorney (Medical Malpractice)
Responsibilities:
- Handle medical malpractice defense litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Assist with case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with attorneys across the Medical Malpractice Defense Group
Qualifications:
- from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience at a leading law firm
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice in CT
