Job Description

Our client is a full-service law firm that has been serving clients for over 150 years. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior level attorney to join its Real Estate practice group. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in real estate law, with a particular emphasis on land use and zoning matters. Litigation background a plus. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects for a diverse clientele, including developers, landowners, and businesses.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal counsel and representation to clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development projects.

Handle complex land use and zoning matters, including subdivisions, rezoning applications, variances, conditional use permits, and appeals.
